Resource images split in 4 sections

Whenever I drag a background onto a new flipchart page it is broken up into 4 smaller images on the screen with parts cut-off. Would someone be able to tell me what I am doing wrong and how to fix this problem. I would truly appreciate it. Thanks

The background is "tiling" you need to double click on the background and look at its properties and then change the properties option.....
