calibration

One of our boards just had the electronics piece replaced. When we recalibrate it is not actually calibrating the board exactly. The top two crosses don't work when pressing directly on. You have press down on the hand which is several cm out.

Any ideas?

First of all, I seem to have lost my calibration tool, and I can't find it in my Tools Store. How do I get it back on my tools?

Welcome to the forum miss clarkstmel.

Sorry I can’t help with your calibration problem, but I am attaching a screenshot indicating where the New Thread button is located.

You may also want to try the forum search facility which is accessible from the blue menu bar.

missclarkstmel - gettinging that callibration tool back on your toolbar can be tricky.

If you are using a PC, I have attached a how to flipchart which shows you how to do it.

You can also callibrate from the Dashboard if you are using 3.0.

But, like you, the first place I looked was in the toolstore. We should request that as a feature for a new version. Seems to be a logical place to put that tool!
