I love locking a shape or image onto the page and then hiding a bank of words, shapes, coins etc behind it and pulling them out as if by magic!

The awe and wonder never ends with this one!

You can also select round a set of layered objects - say a purse and a mass of coins behind it - and drag it into the library...

Drag and drop it out again - if you ever need another one.

Included is a range of different types of grouped images in the folder which first appears when you click on the library.

Hi Lou!

It is Cindy the new learner to Promethean here. Please explain this again. I know how to lock an object. How do I put the things so I drag them out as if by magic? Do I layer them on the bottom behind the locked image?
Forgive my beginner's questions!
Thanks so much!
Cindy

Yes.. you can organise them by the order you drag them out in... and then you can double click the object you want to hide them with and click the bring to front icon... and then lock it. V3 has the bring to front icon but it is in the right click menu for older versions.

A good place to start is to try Promethean's online training for a good overview of the main techniques. Layers, and locking are covered in the tutorials. Level 1 is free.
