How can I put a link on a page so that the flipchart automatically goes to another page?
Are you using version 3? If so, there are some 'action objects' (items you put on the page to perform functions just like the 'next page' you're after) available in the resource library.
If not, I've attached a flp with them on. You can then add them to your own library.
You might also want to hyperlink to another page. Depends whether you're using Studio or Primary and which version so let us know and instructions will follow.

Great Dug,
But what you won't be able to do is to automatically move the page on without touching the board.... That would make the flipchart a presentation like powerpoint....

Sorry about lack of info. ActivStudio 2.
Ok, the active objects will work (if they are what you want to do).
Or...
To add a hyperlink to another page,
-put an object on the page (like an arrow or text saying 'go to page ...'
-double click the object (to bring up the mini menu)
- choose properties (white rectangle with tick)
- choose actions
- from the dropdown, decide what you want to happen when the object is clicked (such as go to page...)
NB make sure you have actions enabled when you present your flp (curly arrow on blue title bar at top of page doesn't have a red line through it).

Don't know about Version 2, but in version 3
Set the following Activote settings in Studio settings:
- Question Timeout to whatever time delay you want (eg 60 for a minute)
- Display results Not ticked
- Automatic page advance ticked
Set activode up as demo mode
When you launch activote it'll display your flipchart like a powerpoint presentation with no interaction required.
If that's what you want...
Now that's what I call a workaround![clap]
Not sure I'd use it myself - As Margaret says, its a bit Powerpointy - impressive nonetheless.

As Dug said - and I thought I was the master of the workaround! :o BTW, that will work in V2 as well. The only drawback is you have to have Activote!
Well done Craig! [clap]

No you don't, that's why you set it up as demo mode... It is a bit of a fudge, but will work! Though why you'd want something as passive as a powerpoint presentation when you can use all that the Activboard has to offer is beyond me...

My sentiments exactly Craig!
