There are some lovely backgrounds in V3 for seasons - but all the ones I've seen have a snowy winter! Would it be possible to provide an alternative winter (a bit of wind and rain is as bad as it gets here!) I know I could just get something from the net but I'd like to use a set.
Cheers
Wendy

[clap] Wendy, that is just so much of a wind up for us Poms!

Just use the Summer image and label it Winter, Autumn and bloody Spring!!

... but seriously (I didn't think it would allow a swearword!) we could create another image. What would typify your winter? Dull, grey and rainy? Are there leaves on trees? Scarves and Wellies? Surfing in a dry suit? - No, sorry I'm getting bitter again :(

Hmm, let's see... how about a pale blue sky, with a slightly overcast sun and a gentle wind? That should be about right:p.

I can see that this was a bad time to ask!:D

As we've just gone from biting cold yesterday to damp wet fog today here in Blackburn, yes it was a bad time to ask :D But then with our climate one can never predict when will be a good time!

Wendy,

FreeFoto (http://www.freefoto.com/browse.jsp?id=99-16-0) Is a great resource for teachers who want to use images for their own class. There is no fee if you don’t share your work. I just took a look and they have some beautiful seasonal pictures. I dragged one over to AP3 and resized it. In Design mode, I clicked on backgrounds, personal, and dragged it down to the bottom. I gave it a name and now I have a beautiful winter background.

It's a shame I can't share it with anyone though because of copyright.
