This past summer I upgraded from ACTIVstudio 1.1.2 to 1.2.1 USA for Mac OS X. I notice that a number of the orginal resources found in the earlier version are missing in this upgrade. Unfortunately, these are resources our teachers constantly used, such as the hundreds chart in the page library and flower parts in the image library. Without these, and other resources, the program is not as powerful as before. (The Tile Library hundreds chart is not as versatile.) Will you be updating the product to include the original resources?
Thanks,
Kris

Hi Kris
These resources should not be missing! You should in fact have more resources. Did you choose to do a complete resources install?

Hi Peter,
It's taken me a while to respond since I wanted to double check. The hundreds chart that we always used is gone. There are still three hundreds charts, one in page library/K-6/numeracy; however, that chart is erasable. This is a problem for us since teachers and students highlight the numbers to create patterns and should they make a mistake it is no longer easy to fix. The other hundreds charts are in the math tile library. We cannot position them where we want them on the page.
In version 1.1.2, there were two hundreds charts found at the top of the list of Page Library/K-6/Numeracy. The first hundreds chart was the one you kept. The second hundreds chart, the one that was a staple in our math program, is the one that is gone. The second one came in as an object and could be placed anywhere on the page and would not erase. Barbara forwarded me a copy of the resource disk that has just the resources and it is not there.
The other resources, flower parts, I did find. That was my error!
Thanks for your help with this,
Kris
