Help Board Will Not Work

I recently updated both the driver and the studio pack.now the board will not work.
The 3 lights on the corner of the board are constantly on.
Whats wrong. All was ok till I did the upgrades.should I try going bak to the old software?

I would sugest disconnecting the board from the computer, switch the power for the board off and then back on, the board should beep and the lights in the oval black window will come on, switch your computer off, connect the board to it, then switch your computer on.

when your system comes back up hopefully your board will work, if not then please contact technical support.
