Hi

Please can you contact Technical Support.... details at top right hand corner of the opening page of the Forum....

It is always difficult to replicate such issues as so much can be dependent upon individual pcs etc....+wave+

We've got a spiking board, i'm currently waiting for the engineer to come out for a second time (VERY prompt, btw)

I had this problem too Mike. In my instance it was due to having the latest Driver installed - version 4.1.8. I contacted Technical Support and they provided a link to Firmware 610 which supports the new version of the driver. Worked fine after that.

versions of the disc before 6.10 can't see the activboard "through" the new driver, it is looking for the old driver to say "yeah, there's a board attached".

Just get in touch with support and they'll sort it out.

(either that or uninstall the new driver, install the old driver, update the firmware, uninstall the old driver, install the new one and you're away, but I couldnt be bothered doing that, you might want to try choosing the serial update even if you are using usb, see if that picks it up)
