Internet web browser not working

I have just discovered another problem. My internet web browser is not picking up the internet connection, either from my wireless connection or from a LAN cable. Does anyone know how to check the connection settings for the promethean web browser??

I think that it picks up the settings from your default web browser (usually internet explorer) ??

Not entirely sure! Are you connecting through a proxy? Does your Internet work OK otherwise?

P.S. If you're really struggling, for now, just turn off the Promethean Web-browser through studio settings > linked file hosting.
