missing icon

A colleague of mine, has 'mislaid' the page turn/ resources library icon from the side of his screen. Any idea what might have happened? how to fix it?

From the Activstudio menu, go to the "tool store." Find the two icons and drag them back onto the toolbar from where they got misplaced.

Typically, you cannot remove a tool unless someone went to the toolstore and dragged the tool from the toolbar into the toolstore.
