Hello, I need a bit of help. When I use activprimary my pen is really badly aligned on the board so its a nightmare to use for both me and the children! I can't seem to find the bit I have to go into to re-align it and ICT solutions are offering no assistance:(
Can anyone shed any light on how I can do this?
Thanks:-/

Hold your pen over the logo circle in the upper left corner of your board. The calibration page should come up after a few seconds. Good luck.

Hi
I may be a bit confused here but I am an AP user and don't think I know what this logo in the upper left corner of the board is - is this a Mac thing!
To calibrate our boards to realign the pen this is what we do - on the bottom toolbar on your desktop on the right there should be an icon that looks like a board with 'AV' on it - right click on this and then choose calibrate and then follow the instructions on your whiteboard using the pen, being as accurate as possible.
If this hasn't helped or is not appropriate for your circumstances I am sorry!!!

The following message was also posted the other day - this may be worth bearing in mind too.
"I'm not entirely sure if this is just me, but...
When you're calibrating your board, if you're right handed, make sure that you click ever so slightly to the right of the crosshair and if you're left-handed, click ever so slightly to the left of it. This'll ensure that the mouse pointer is directly under your pen.
(I think this might be because I hold the pen at a 45 degree angle to the board rather than straight-on as I find it easier to use it that way - plus my hand doesn't get in the way).
Feel free to call me crazy "

Interesting Sarah, I'll have to try calibrating slightly to the right of the crosshair tomorrow.
