Hello,

we have a strange problem, when we are logged to computer as Administrator and using eraser tool in ACTIVstudio than it works, when we log as another user, than everythink working but eraser not, we are just unable to erase any object.

Does anybody have same problem or know how to fix it?

Hi

Initially I would suggest you check you are working with the latest version.... go to support on the front page of the marketing website

http://www.mypromethean.com/uk/server/show/nav.593 and then download the latest version. BUT with things like this it is always best to contact support on the number/email address posted in the same place.....

i agree with margaret.

I'll add that generally if something works as an admin but not as a normal user then it is normally because of some system restriction put into place by IT Admins. Check any restrictions put onto users, such as temp directories, check the user shell paths are all valid etc.
