Has anyone used ACTIVstudio (or ACTIVprimary for that matter) along with an HP Tablet? I have been trying to help a teacher use her tablet with our software, and to allow it to recognize the board. For some reason, we were able to override the installation - so the software itself installed correctly as we can tell. However, everytime we click to open the software, it says, "Your screen needs to be set at 600 x 800. This application will close now." We tried calling tech support, but we can not call them from the land line in the classroom (no 800 calls out), and cell phones do NOT get reception in the classroom. So, if anyone has any tips. . . We tried on the control panel to change the monitor settings, but that didn't seem to work. We also tried connecting a different monitor to the HP Tablet to get it to work (through the control panel - we changed it to monitor 2), but it still didn't work. :( So . . . Any help would be great. :)
