I would to have my TI 84 Plus Graphing calculator be shown on the board. Does anyone know if this is possible? It would be nice to eliminate my overhead which I normally use for this?

I wonder if Texas do a link kit so you can link it to a PC with USB so that you get an image on your whiteboard and away to go...???
Or maybe a digital visualser (basically a digital camera on a stand connected to your PC) would allow you to project an image of the calculator onto your whiteboard???

Do you have a Document Camera, if so just zoom in on it close enough to see it.. Hope it helps.

Ti makes a software emulator you can run on your computer and project onto the board.

SmartView is the way to go as it is a TI84 emulator.

Unfortunately, because it is effectively a TI-84 graphics calculator, it costs about the same as one.

There are some "free" solutions out on the web, where you (legally) copy the ROM from your calc, but from the posts I've read about it, it can be tricky to get it all working. Better to just buy SmartView in my opinion.

The TI smartview software is worth it's price. You are able to visually show students how to use the keystrokes on the calculator.
