Please, I need urgent help ????
We are trying to (re)install ACTIVstudio 2.1 and the driver (Portuguese version). We have in return this message: "1607 Unable to installShield Scripting Runtime"
The OS is WIN XP Portuguese.
Another problem:
For teacher training, we need both AS and APrimary installed. We have the 2.1 portuguese version. So, when we meke the upgrades to 2.5, none of the software open.
We have done almost everything, including uninstalling the software and reinstalling it from the beginning!!! :mad:
What can we do more? Could you send us the 2.5 version original software, please?
