Page notes problem

Hi all,

I've been trying to add page notes to some old files, so that I can give them to others. For some reason they just aren't working. I can type a note, but if I close it then the notes have disappeared once I click the page notes button again - i.e. the notes are not saved.

Anyone else had this problem, or know of a possible reason?

It's working fine for NEW flipcharts, just not on previously saved ones.

OK, have got it to work, but only in a very weird way! Can anyone explain this?:

New flipcharts are fine. Add page note, close note, note is still there when opened again.

With old flipcharts if you do this, they disappear and don't save. HOWEVER, if I flip to the next or previous the page before closing the note, it DOES save!

I don't understand. Is this an issue for anyone else? Is it something to do with trying to add notes to flipcharts not made using v2.5?

Any insight appreciated.

I did a quick search, but didn't see this thread. Glad it's not just me though! Glad I found the same solution as well for the short-term.

No sign of a fix just yet then?

I had this issue before v2.5.82 with older flipcharts - it seems fine now, though I also tried saving the older file under a different name prior to this to get around it.
