CD Stopped working

I have just attempted to install AS2PE on a laptop and it goes part way before telling me its had problems applying transforms and to verify the path of the 2057.mst file (which is correct)

i tried a different disk, same problem and i tried a different pc, same problem

Can I suggest you contact Technical support, there could be all sorts of reasons, which are always hard to identify by a general answer.... better to be specific which tech support will help with. First page of forums top right hand corner.

One suggestion is to uninstall the original version first - as I have assumed, you are upgrading? +wave+

no i'm actually installing a fresh copy. it is very strange too because i can't run my network package of AS either! thats the only reason i ran the cd in the first place
