text margins???

???? I'm probably going to sound a bit incompetent with this question...but here goes....I am unable to have my text continue across the screen. No matter what font size I choose, I can only have about 3-4 inches of text and then it will automatically 'return' me. I have looked for a way to change a setting, but so far have had no luck. Any suggestions?

You should be able to resize the 'text box area'. You need to select the marquee tool and click on the text, hopefully that will show you the handles to grab and stretch the box. You should also be able to do this while you are typing as you can normally see the 'handle', you just need to drag it so it is longer. Does that make any sense?
