Countdown timer and reveal tool

When I first used the countdown timer in the classroom, the reveal tool screen came up when the time reached 0:00. I thought how neat. But it doesn't do it at home and I can't find how to change a setting so it does.

Any ideas?

BTW, kudos to the Promethean team for providing these Forums, every question I ask seems to be answered with hours, if not minutes.

One of the options when you set the timer is After timeout perform the following action. This is where you'll find the reveal tool option.
