View Full Version : Cannot calibrate Activ Board as it is not connected

I have 2 different schools that are getting this same error. When I have them check the System Preferences/ActivBoard, it does give them the Firmware version, so it is reading the board. However, the board will not respond to the pen and when they try to calibrate, they get the above message. They are on the most recent Firmware, Driver and Software.

Any thoughts?

double check your cables and connections. make sure the usb cable ends are where they should be.connected. this can be a simple detail but often times is overlooked at our sight.
