Can anyone help before I ring tech. support?

Hi

Has anyone experienced this problem and knows of an answer - before I call tech support tomorrow? ????

One of our pen and boards needs calibrating but when we go to calibrate and then click somewhere on the board and then go to click on the crosshair, nothing happens - it's as if it is not identifying the point in the crosshair where you are supposed to click!! :confused: The pen is active with the board but just won't click on the calibration points!! :mad: :mad:

Any ideas please

This has happened to me and is a known issue so I would ring... I think it is a firmware issue, but its funny that it seems to have happened randomly... so best to ring... +wave+

Ok - thanks Margaret - I'm hoping that tomorrow when we switch it on it will magically be okay!! :rolleyes:
