Adding to the resource library

I know about adding folders/items to the resource library by dragging items from the flp page down to the bar at the bottom in design mode. My problem is: If those items are sentences and or text based objects, they are nearly impossible to read on a computer screen at the size they appear in the resource library. I want to be able to have a bank of comments that I can quickly and easily pop onto flp pages at a click and not being able to read them carefully is a prob. Is there any way round this? It will sort of work with 'Report Assist' (which will paste ready made comments straight in), but its a shame you can't do all of this within AP. Is there a way to make the resource library items appear bigger on the bar at the bottom?

Figured out a solution: if you give the file the same filename as the text it represents, when you 'float' over it in the resource library it's filename magically appears for you to read.
