ACTIVotes with watermark

I have a school that when they run their ACTIVotes, everything appears to be working fine until the timer for Question Master starts to count down. At that point they get a water mark and an error message that they are no longer connected to the board. Any thoughts?

I had already spoken to support before I posted on here, but they were not able to assist me. I was hoping maybe another school had come across this before and had an answer for me.

I have some new information regarding this issue. After some further troubleshooting, we discovered that the watermark will come up as soon as the ACTIVote icon is activated, not just when the timer starts.

We had the same problem and I beleive we had tio update the firmware in the board to correct it. Please make sure you are using the latest software and drivers on all machines with problems. Check the website for the latest downloads. You can also obtain the firmware updates at the same location.

I would specifically like to know what version of the software and driver you are using, what version of Mac OS and if this has always happened or just recently.

We were finally able to resolve it by re-installing the software and re-registering the votes. We were pretty sure this would resolve it to begin with, but were looking for something a little easier. Thanks to everyone for thir help.
