View Full Version : Technical issue - can anyone help before I call?

Hi
????
One of our boards is displaying the cross through the ACTIV icon on the bottom table and therefore the pen is not working interactively. Have tried to configure but keeps failing - have checked connections and unplugged and reset up etc. Any ideas before I call tech support (at some time tomorrow)?

This happened to one of ours recently - usually right-click, configure, search does it but not this time.

I just rebooted a few times (after checking physical connections) and the PC found the board again.

One of our boards did this, have you done the usual and switched everything off and on again/tried a different pen. I am sure you have. If this does not work, yes you do have to make that call, the circuit at the back of board needs to be replaced. That is what happened to ours.

Thanks guys for your answers - just like magic it worked fine this morning and we did nothing different to what we did yesterday so that's solved for the time being. [clap]
