I got an error sending this topic so here it is again

When I start the primary software, I get an error:

This is not a layout file, loading default layoutfile.

Then I get the error: error loading default layout file and the program terminates.

Who can help me, or send me a default layout file.

Hi

It is not so easy for me to contact Promethean in the UK.
Therefore another note on the preceding problem.

When I install the software on a computer without the drivers of the Activ board, the Primary program runs well on the computer screen.

When I install the drivers, the primary software refuses to run with the problems above.
"Error reading setup files"

When I then deinstall the drivers the program works again.

I tried to install the drivers first, the primary program first, but nothing seems to help.
Is there a file that gets overwritten when I install the drivers?

Are you in the UK? I have tried contacting Promethean from New Zealand - works fine!
Not many users are further from Blackburn than us.. :D
