I am hoping someone can help with an error message that pops up when running ActivPrimary.
I have just spent Easter learning Flash (well beginning to)

I have made a nice little .swf which runs brilliantly outside of ActivPrimary, but locks my computer solid and gives the error message shown (Run-time error '6' Overflow) when run within ActivPrimary. I have tried it in 16 and 32 bit modes. The flash file runs for a couple of times then locks up.

I have just reinstalled AP2 afresh, and have run all patches. The .swf is attached

Any help will be greatly appreciated,( I would like to use the .swf in a science lesson next week)!

I think it maybe down to an error in your actionscript (on the play button) that doesn't cause a problem with external Flash player, but is significant when the file is embeded.

The ammended version of your swf (attached) runs OK as a placeholder version in my Activ Primary (Version 2.5.67).

Daniel - mega thank you!!!! I do so love the internet and also the Promethean forum. I had narrowed down the problem, but hadn't a clue how to sort it. Anyway, as a consequence, I will finish off the flp and put it on the resources list.

Very many thanks Daniel.
