When tablet supplied by promethean is connected to a laptop running AS2, IT DOES REMOVE THE WATERMARK .

Make sure the USb driver for the tablet is being installed properly.

I had the same problem despite installing from the supplied CD.

You may want to talk to tech support about this.

A fix that worked for me was to download the Driver from Wacom

http://www.wacom.com/productsupport/download.cfm?id=151&product=ETA

I ran that before plugging in my tablet and then when I plugged in and opened AS2 the watermark was removed.

My technical knowledge is weak!!! :eek: BUT I would just like to add that installing the driver from the cd supplied before attaching the tablet is v important! Don't ask me why... but it is :D

My guess is that if you don't install the driver first, windoaws will use a generic one and it can be difficult to reassign it.

Yes, the problem I had was that Windows assigned it's own generic one, despite having installed the Activ one first. The Wacom driver did get round this problem though.

Thanks for all those replies - you helped me to solve the problem.{}
I tried downloading and installing the driver but no joy. What did work was to go into add/remove programmes and remove anything that had tablet on it. There were two different ones to get rid of:eek:. Then I reinstalled from the original cd. That worked a treat so any others with the same problem could try this to.
Thanks to you all - nothing like masses of other people to help solve your problems+wave+

I had the watermark on my computer after installing the tablet, but when I restarted the computer, it went away without having to reinstall anything.
