When i connect board with rs 232 cable ,it not detecting?

Hi Stanley,
Not much info here, but I assume you have a PC (Serial connection) and assume you are running windows XP.
Things to do and try:
Ensure the driver is installed on the PC
Ensure the board is plugged in and powered on
Boot the PC

This normally finds the board and loads the driver

If nothing happens then a Red cross should show through the driver icon in the system tray.
Right click on that icon and choose configure
Select search
This should find the board and assign a COM port

If all this fails contact technical support

USB connection working fine, When i tried to configure ,it is not searching for COM port.

Are you connecting via USB or serial....
