Rollover Mouse/hover Button Action On 2.5??

I am not sure if this is a question for AS PE2.5 or for ASDE.

In one of the flipcharts shown by Peter Lambert, there was a picture of a car and when you rolled the mouse over the various parts of the car, a text box would popup describing what that part of the car was.

Is this a new feature in AS2.5 or ASDE or none?

I have looked all over and cant seem to duplicate this effect in my flipchart.

This would a great feature for us science teachers.

Hi

This was using embedded flash. Once the flash activity is embedded on the page, and you activate the flash activity you can then "engage" with the features. In this case showing how the pen is identical to a mouse and can be used to show roll overs. You cannot do this on all types of iwb!! :) ;)

Yes, you need to have a .swf file to embed.

Right click on the page and choose insert Link Object
Browse for the swf file
Choose the placeholder option
Choose to include file within the flipchart
Size and shape the placeholder
Click OK

The swf becomes part of the page

Well......

Before flash could be embedded, you had a separate window running the flash application... now the flash can be engaged with ..... by writing over the flash image whilst it is running... does this make sense?
