Activote

Hi All,
just received some activote pads but I can't seem to get them to work.

When I go to menu > ACTIVote > Devices
nothing happens. I don't get the device registration screen. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Best to call tech support 01254 298521/580 (8.30 - 5pm Mon-Fri) with a phone by the board and they can talk you thro' it - could be a number of things.
