Hardware not detected

Have loaded activeprimary2 on to Dell laptop. Blue screen appears but mouse will not work and screen disappears after a few seconds. have reloaded using 2 different discs several times but no luck:(

I have had similar problems since upgrading to 2.5 from 2. The 'harware not detected' comes up, and also the screen (on laptop) goes to screensaver very quickly (even though I have changed it).

I had this problem, I had to do a couple of things. I had to install the human interface driver (you can get the directions from the Promethan Website. And then I must always use the same USB port. If I change ports it won't recognize it.
