1628: Failed to complete installation.

Currently we have Active Studion 2 (Build 278) Installed on our network. When I try install the first patch (v2.1.34) I get an error message of "1628: Failed to complete installation."

Any ideas?

Ricky,

You will have to upgrade to a 2.0.307 version or higher to keep going up. I believe that requires a CD.

Thanks, I just phoned technical support up and you are correct, so I now need to run 3 patches on every machine :-(

Or you could uninstall on each machine and get a fresh 2.1.34 copy on each of them...1 less step. +wave+
