Can't right click

I used to be able to right click using my pen all the time. For some reason now, I can NEVER right click on the pen icon to get all the line options (I have to go back to my laptop) and often can't right click on flip charts. Is it the pen or the programme?

Try right clicking while you are hovering, before you touch the board with the pen. If tyhat does not work, you might neeed to contact technical support.

Make sure that you also have the latest driver on your system.

unfortunately i have a new problem however (my computer doesn't like activestudio at all now and won't start it up!) i've already contacted technical support about that one!

will try the right click thing as soon as i can!
