saving flipcharts

Can anyone help? We seem to be having trouble (on two of our boards) saving flipcharts in Active Primary. Itsaves them but when we open them there is nothing there. What are we doing wrong?:confused:

what version are you on?
Try updating to the latest version - either 2.1 or 2.5 & it should no longer be a problem
