Direct opening? Kaleidos?

Can anyone help?

I cant' open my flipcharts without having to open Active studio first - does anyone know how to do this?

Also, we I add my flipcharts into Kaleidos, it wont open them. Any ideas greatfully received.

Can't help you with Kaleidos, but I have this problem too of only being able to open flipcharts through AS and not by clicking directly on the flipchart - but only on my PC - I can open flipcharts directly without a problem on my laptop. I have spoken to the techie people and we tried all sorts, but sadly couldn't resolve the problem. Frustrating, but I've learned to live with it.

We have this problem too with our installation on the network. The files don't even show up as a proper Promethean icon, and even if I select "Open with", it doesn't work. My laptop has a more recent build and it works fine there- perhaps it's just the earlier build and the network that causes it. (Please don't tell me to get the latest version on the network either- I hate to see a grown man cry!):(
