I have got the software and i am trying to find my serial number on my case but i think my case is lost can you help me and give me a serial number please i am very grateful for this thank you very much :) :-/

You might be best phoning up - No doubt they'll need way more information than that. It's a serial number you're after so I guess they're not going to give it out easily.
