Blue Screening upon Installation

Hi there

Has anyone experienced difficulty with XP SP2? We have tried to load the software on two seperate laptops with the end result of bluescreening upon rebooting anfter an aparrently successful download.

Any suggestions?

Hi this happened to me, its to do with the glide pad conflicting with the Activ driver,
If you get the latest driver from Promethean then you should be OK
Just to state my problem was I caused by an early driver in a CD that came with our whiteboard from a couple of years ago, If you used the latest software then as previous member said call tech support
