Watermark!

We have 21 Promethean boards in our school and one from another company (purchased in error before we realised how fantastic Promethean were!). The 'other' board is installed in our ICT suite and we have ActivePrimary installed on the computer that it is connected to. The problem is that because it is not a Promethean board we can only use it with the watermark 'Promethean Hardware Not Detected' displayed on the board. Is there any way at all that we can run the software on this 'other' board without the watermark? It would be lovely to be able to use it like we do all the others! Thank you!

This is a tricky one for me to answer...... :eek:

Strictly speaking you are contravening licensing by running AP on your "other" board. Obviously as you have 21 boards in your school which are Promethean it would be churlish of us not to help you get the best from your erstwhile "not so good board" ;) :D

What I suggest is that you email me direct and I will get someone from "your area" to make you legal! +wave+

We have actually just come up with a range of strategies for people who have a range of boards to enable them to use AP/AS "legally", so anyone else reading this who needs more info might like to get in touch.
