hyperlinks

Hi, i have a problem accessing my hyperlinks on active studio. it worked about 3 weeks ago and has suddenly stopped. Normally, i can control click and it automatically goes to web page.
Can anyone help

Is it a hyperlink inside a flipchart? If so, are you in design mode?
