Name Selectors

I just had my board installed recently. I downloaded a name selector flipchart from the website. The notes said to add the students name and "group" it to the image. I can't figure out how to "group" the names. Any help?

Not sure which flipchart you are using. But let's say you have a text object that says "Bill" and a object of a picture of a fish.

Move the two away from everything else. Arrange them how you like them. Use the selector tool to drag a rectangle around both. Then once just those two items are selected, click on the Group icon.
