Annotate over desktop

I have scanned several worksheets and have used the annotate over desktop feature to write on them. However, the annotations do not scroll with the worksheet if I need to scroll to get to the bottom of the page. Any advice?

If you're scanning the worksheets, use Insert From Scanner to insert them into a proper flipchart.

I would save my scans as a PDF file. You can then import this into ActivInspire and it will show the whole document. I did the same thing last year and had such a hard time using them. Then I figured out the PDF thing and it works great!

:confused: After importing a pdf, when I write on it (pen or highlighter), if the page is long, when I scroll up or down, should the annotations move with the page? I have tried it twice, once the annotations moved with the page and once they did not.

For me, they move with the page as I scroll. I'm using ActivInspire and lock down the pdf image on each page so it doesn't move.
