Help organizing files

I have just started using Promethean Planet. I have downloaded a file, but wanted to save it in a folder with the topic as the folder name. When I do this I can not open the file. I can only open the file if it is saved in my documents and not in a folder.

Are you talking about a folder on your computer's hard drive or a folder in the resource library of ActivInspire?

On my harder drive in my documents section.

So are you say that when you download from Planet it won't save where you want?
Or are you saying that when you save where you want, it won't open with ActivInspire.

If second choice, what happens with you try to open the file?
