I can't figure out what I did

I was trying to move an object around a flip-chart. Well I found out how to do it, but now the pen won't work on the board itself. The system is not recognizing the pen. Please help. No one at my school seems to know how to fix it. Thanks.

Try clicking on the Activmanager icon on the menu bar at the bottom of your screen (it looks like an Activboard); select Calibrate, and follow the instructions; this will re-connect your pen to the board.

It won't let me calibrate. It is in the option panel, but it is dark and won't let me select that option.

Hmm. There could be many reasons from no power to the Activboard, a bad cable, drive update. Can you unplug everything (board, computer and power to board) and restart? If that doesn't work, you may want to call tech support.
