PB cant read my laptop/vice versa!!!!

My co-worker has brought her personal computer from home and it works with my PB. I can't get my school issued latop to connect. It's in MY room, bought specifically for my use! I can't get it to work in either of my classrooms! Is it my laptop:? New drivers needed? I'm SO frustrated!!!!

It could be your drivers. Did it EVER work before? You may want to call tech support. They could walk you through options to see what's happening.
