I went to a training yesterday. My classroom still has studio. I went to install 1.3 and it is not accepting my hardware numbers?!?! What do I do?

I could be wrong but I think that if your computer is attached to the Activboard, you can update to the Professional Edition directly.

Otherwise, you have to put in an Activstudio serial number and it will give you an ActivInspire number.
