Subliminal message

Does anyone know of a way to flash a message or picture for a very short period of time similar to a subliminal message?
I don't care if it is specific to promethian board or any windows program.

Use an animated gif!

You can have a gif play when you click on it and loop a specific number of times. Or you can set it to play automatically when arriving on a page!

What about using the Hidden Action? You could show/hide the message quickly.
