Screen recorder not working!

I have activprimary3 but my screen recorder is not working. When I click on special tools and then the recorder button nothing comes up on the screen. The toolbar is nowhere to be seen and it doesn't ask me to save it anywhere. Nothing happens. I checked the settings and i have not selected to hide the toolbar. Any help would be greatly appreciated!:(

That is very strange. I suppose the screen recorder menu may have "fall off the page"...I've had this happen with other tools. You can check by going to main menu>menu>page scale. Scale down the page a bit to see if the menu is there. If it is, drag it onto the page and then scale your page back to "best fit". This is a long shot, but I'm not sure what else could be causing the issue. Also, you may want to consider upgrading to the latest version of ActivSoftware, ActivInspire. It is a wonderful upgrade and I think you will find it very user friendly!
