Serial Number issue

I'm trying to move over to Activinspire.

I have my activstudio serial number on the screen. I found it by opening the program, going to help, clicking on about activstudio. Up pops all the necessary information.
I carefully typed this over into activinspire several times.
But each time I input this info into Activinspire, the "ok" button remains grayed out, not allowing me to use the program except for a 60 day trial.
What can I do to have Activinspire recognize my Activstudio information?
I'm using a PC.

You need to convert your activstudio serial number to an ActivInspire serial number. You can do that through the ActivInspire download page and choose upgrade, type your old serial number in at the bottom of the page and you will be sent an email with your new ActivInspire serial number.
