How calibrate

You can calibrate your Activboard by hovering your ActivPen over the lit flame in the top left hand corner of the board or by using ____________ on your computer?

At my school we can't see the systems tray, so my only option is to calibrate with the hover over flame technique. It is not working. When I put the pen to the board the flame turns red so the connection is being made, I just can't get the calibration page to come up. I have tried changing to usb port and nothing will work. Please help ASAP.
