Writing joining together

Folks,

Can anyone help, having this issue with the Promethean boards when a user writes on the board especially during maths when the user is writing maths equations fast.

For example when the user writes a 4, The letter will join together from the 1st place when the pen touches the board to the final place it leaves. It is becoming very frustrating. Have upgraded to activInspire 1.3 and tried the latest firmware and drivers advised by Promethean but still exists. The characters and numbers are distorted due to what I believe is a lag between pen and board.

What I would recommend is you call our technical support team and if there is nothing they can resolve over the phone they will book an engineer visit for you if your board is under warranty

HI,

You may find this helps. It is a setting. Under File/ profiles/ select the Settings tab/ Flipchart Options/ uncheck 'automatic grouping'.
